1. Acceptance of Terms

BlaziqPro is a sports analytics service operated by Blaziq ("Blaziq", "we", "us"). By accessing or subscribing to BlaziqPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

BlaziqPro provides written sports analysis, statistical breakdowns, and informational reports delivered by email and via a member dashboard. The Service is provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes.

BlaziqPro is not a gambling, betting, or wagering service. We do not accept bets, place bets on your behalf, broker bets, or operate any form of gambling. We are not affiliated with any bookmaker or betting operator.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Nothing in any report, email, post, or communication from BlaziqPro constitutes a guarantee, promise, or assurance of any specific result. You acknowledge that any decision you make based on our content is your own and at your own risk.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed weekly in Ghana Cedis (GHS) through our authorised third-party payment processors. Your subscription becomes active once payment is confirmed and remains active for one week from activation. There is no automatic long-term renewal; each subscription is a discrete weekly term.

All sales are final, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy in the FAQ.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@blaziqpro.tech of any unauthorised access.

7. Intellectual Property

All reports, charts, written analysis, and brand assets are the property of Blaziq and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish our content without prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) share your account with any third party; (b) scrape, mirror, or systematically download our content; (c) use the Service in violation of any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analysis is comprehensive.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlaziqPro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial loss arising from betting, gambling, or any decision you make based on our content. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding three (3) months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, or for compliance reasons. You may terminate at any time by ceasing to renew your subscription.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
